Before you can order from us, we ask that you read and understand these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions should be read in conjunction with our other information pages. We have tried to make all information as clear as possible, but if you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us.

Adding an item to your cart or otherwise purchasing an item from us constitutes confirmation that you have read, understood and accepted the following terms and conditions.

PRODUCT INFORMATION
All product information displayed on the website is believed to be correct and accurate. However, we regret that we cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions.

We cannot be held responsible for the total accuracy of the information posted, although every effort is made to keep the information as accurate and up-to-date as possible. Therefore, all actions taken by users with the goods obtained through the website are their responsibility.

It is impossible to publish all the technical details of the products, therefore all descriptions and images are used to give an approximate description of the product. If you have any questions, we are always happy to help.

ORDERING AND DELIVERY

You can order our products in the following ways:

IV) by electronic bank transfer . 
Not all options listed are always available. Contact us if you need help with processing and payment systems. Please DO NOT send checks.

All prices displayed on the website are in EUROS and include VAT at the current rate in Italy, but exclude shipping costs which will be added at the time of payment.

The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order, except in the event that an error has occurred with the data that make up the information projected through the website. In the event that an error is detected with the price of any merchandise you may have ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible, after which we will give you the option to modify and process your order at the correct price or cancel it. If you cancel and have already paid for the goods, we will refund you in full.

When placing an order, you choose to purchase the product at the indicated price. We will send you an automated email confirming the details of your order. This email does not necessarily mean that we can fulfill your order.

Orders are subject to availability. In the rare situation where a stock error results in an item not being available in your order, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss your options. If the product is available and the order details are correct, we will send you an additional email specifying the delivery details and confirming the price of the purchased products. That email will be considered acceptance of your order.

If the product is not available or the order details are incorrect (your address for example) we will contact you by phone, email or both.

We cannot be held responsible for sudden stock shortages or production delays.

Acrobazar may cancel any sale and not supply products if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of the products at any time in its sole discretion. In case of cancellation of the order, any payment made for the products will be fully refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights (i.e. all things you are legally entitled to as a consumer).

Take ownership of the products as soon as they have been delivered to the address specified in your order.

Any damage or shortages of products in transit (eg with our couriers) must be noted on the delivery / delivery note at the time of delivery. Transit damage or shortages must be reported on ​​ as soon as possible.

You should inspect your order immediately upon delivery and notify us of any damage, errors or faults on ​​ as soon as possible.

We guarantee that all our products are free from manufacturing defects for 12 months . 

None of the above affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

If you have a coupon code for a discount on your purchase, please read the terms and conditions for using them.

If you order to an address outside the EU, the Italy tax (VAT which is 22%) will automatically be deducted from the price of your items. Upon receipt of the goods you should expect to pay local import duties at your national rate, we have no control over these charges and they vary from country to country so we recommend that you contact someone in your area who can advise you on your country's rates .

EQUIPMENT FOR AERIAL STRIKES
You use aerobatics equipment purchased from Acrobazar at your own risk. Acrobazar Sas and all associated persons and organizations assume no responsibility for any injury, accident or death caused by any of the products supplied. It is the responsibility of the performer to take the necessary precautions and minimize the risks.

Acrobazar has a wide range of equipment for the aerial circus. Strict safety precautions should be followed when using such equipment. Some of the most important precautions include, but are not limited to:

Professional training is essential
Don't try to learn new moves from videos or books on your own.
You should never train alone.
Rigging should be done by a competent professional . 
The equipment must be thoroughly inspected before each use

INSURANCE
It is your responsibility to purchase third party insurance before performing or teaching acrobatics and aerial dance. Acrobazar strongly recommends all users to have adequate insurance.

Illegal copying and reproduction of any material without written consent violates international copyright law and will be prosecuted. Commercial websites and organizations caught using our material without permission will be sued for all materials used.
